Getting serious about your racing? Building a specialist race bike? Track day crash?

Racing is about getting the very best from your equipment, its no use having straight wheels or forks if the basic bike isn't straight or within its correct tolerances.

Even a new bike's frame, swingarm or adjustment marks can be out of line or bent. We can make a big difference to the handling!

How to prepare your Bike for its visit to Maidstone Motoliner

Bike Stripped Ready For Straightening

Depending on the design of the bike we need certain parts taking off the bike before we can do our work.

Most bikes need to come to us as a rolling chassis with the engine fitted. Call us to discuss how we require your model of bike to be prepared.

If you are in any doubt at all or would just like to chat this through please just phone us on 01622 790 705 and we will be pleased to help.

Racing & Track Day Motorcycle Frame Straightening

Frame Straightening Jig

We make sure race chassis specifications are accurate, whether a bike has just been custom built or is a converted production bike.

The bikes that win are the ones that are the easiest to ride and handle the best. Checking the basic chassis for accuracy using our specialist Motoliner jigs is an important part of successful race preparation.

Relying on adjusting your rear wheel to suit a frame that is out of line or not taking into account the force of a big accident can leave you with a bad handling bike.

We can realign the chassis giving you the confidence that the bike is straight, and that you can then set it up for maximum performance. At the same time we can also ensure all the important structural areas of the bike, from headstock bearings to swing arm and sub-frame are OK.
